Lake Hazel Middle School

It is not every day we get to sit down and reflect on a on-going project. Lake Hazel Middle School will be a part of our firm for 6 years upon completion. What started as a feasibility and condition analysis study has transformed into changing the way we think about replacing or renovating aging school facilities. We reflect on how the importance of always keeping the Students and Staff’s quality of space and its connection to nature at the forefront of design.

Big Bun Drive In
Garden City, Idaho ::: 2024
From fast-food relic to a modern brand landmark, we transformed a legacy Carl's Jr. into the flagship second location for Big Bun Drive-In. This project is a study in Adaptive Reuse, where we applied technical Grit to strip back the generic corporate shell and replace it with a high-energy, custom brand experience. By realigning the operational flow and modernizing the site’s presence, we fostered a new Connection between a local Boise favorite and its expanding community.
