  • We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple consultants, deadlines, and client relationships while maintaining design intent and technical quality.

    You will work closely with Principals and Project Designers to ensure projects are delivered on time, well coordinated, and to a high standard of quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Management

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of design and construction

    • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

    • Model and document your own projects in Revit

    • Lead consultant coordination (MEP, structural, civil, specialty consultants)

    • Prepare and manage meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups

    Client & Team Coordination

    • Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact

    • Facilitate clear communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

    • Support Principal Architect client design presentations and decision-making

    • Mentor junior staff and support team development

    Technical & Documentation Leadership

    • Oversee production of construction documents and ensure quality control

    • Review drawings and specifications for coordination, code compliance, and constructability

    • Manage permit and agency submittals

    • Lead construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and punch lists

    Process & Standards

    • Ensure projects follow firm standards, workflows, and best practices

    • Maintain organized project files and documentation

    • Contribute to improving internal processes and project delivery systems

    Qualifications

    • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) preferred

    • 5–8 years of professional experience in an architecture firm

    • 3 years of experience managing projects from design through construction

    • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and permitting processes

    • Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

    • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Qualifications

    • Strong communicator

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    • Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations

    • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
