Milled Olive

Development of two new buildings for The Milled Olive on a vacant piece of land, approximately 2
acres in size in the City of Star. The large building is to consist of a 7,500-8,000 sf retail space, 4,000
sf warehouse, and 8-12 station cooking classroom with residential demo kitchen. The smaller
building will consist of a 1400 sf wine bar, concession stand, and separate outside patio areas.
