New construction of an approximately 3,500 sf beer, wine, and coffee bar building with dog park
facilities. The new structure will be located on the corner of Franklin and Outpost. Exterior
improvements are anticipated to include full site development of parking, sidewalks, landscaping,
covered patio area, food truck parking, and fenced in dog areas with turf and covered benches.
