Cotton Sail Hotel

Renovation and expansion of the Cotton Sail Hotel in historic downtown Savannah, GA. The interior scope of work includes all guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces, excluding the rooftop
restaurant spaces. The project includes interior design of the new construction guest rooms and
renovation of the existing guestrooms and public spaces to Hilton Tapestry standards. This existing building has 57 guest rooms, the new addition will have 19 guestrooms spaces. The first and second floors of this building and the rooftop spaces are not included in the scope of work for this project.
