This project is a complete tenant build out of a vacant retail space of approximately 3,442 square feet in Building A of the Old Town Lofts Development. It is intended to have a beer and wine bar, walk in cooler, kitchen space, open seating area, outdoor patio, and restrooms. The area of tenant space is located on the SE corner of Building A.
