Cotton Sail Hotel

Expansion to the existing Cotton Sail Hotel in Historic Downtown Savannah, Georgia. The scope of work includes the build out of 21 new guestrooms on levels 3-5. Exterior improvements include rehabilitation and repainting of the existing exterior stucco and infill existing windows openings with new windows.
